Eating one meal a day is sooooooooo much harder than just fasting completely. Tomorrow will be my last day of eating one meal a day then I’m going to finish this 14 day fast off the easy way, with no intake at all unless really needed.
planning on a veggie sub from subway and soup maybe?
I think my mom might want olive garden salad n soup thing idk.

I had a spicy tuna roll and miso soup today around 1- no clue what the calorie count is on that.

Eh leaning towards this olive garden soup & salad thing tomorrow… there is only one subway that makes my veggie subs amazingly …its weird because all of them should operate at the same standard but they don’t and I don’t feel like being disappointed,..yet if I dont like it I wont eat the entire thing I’ll toss it out…along with the money I speant so hmm olive garden it is.
